Are you sure about that? I asked a while back and then looked at the website where it says:

"If you are applying for adjustment of status, you may submit Form I-693 in one of the following ways:

1.Submit Form I-693 by mail, together with your Form I-485, Application to Register for Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, to the location specified for your Form I-485 (see “Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-485”).

2.Submit Form I-693 by mail, after filing your Form I-485, to the location specified in your most recent communication with USCIS (for example, a Request for Evidence letter from USCIS).

3. Submit Form I-693 in person, at an interview in a USCIS field office (if an interview is required).

since interviews are required for non K-1 petitioners wouldn't # 3 apply? I guess they could just be lying, but why put it on the website?

Harry

I am sure. Don't know why it says that. You won't make it past #2 to get to #3. You'll get the RFE.

I don't actually have my medical records, the doctor practice I used to go to doesn't seem to exist anymore and I have no idea where the records would've gone. Will the be a problem?
