California Activist Protesting Trump: Shouldn't Be Able To Speak Because He Incites Violence, Hate

An activist representing the protestors outside the California Republican Party Convention where Donald Trump is scheduled to speak explains to MSNBC why demonstrators have blocked off roads and the entrances to the event.

The activist said the goal behind the protests was to stop Donald Trump from addressing the event and to prevent him from entering the arena. She became visibly shocked after the MSNBC reporter informed her that the Republican candidate had made it into the building.

"I think we should be interrupting the convention and making sure Donald Trump does not take stage today," she said.

The activist said Trump should not be allowed to address the convention because his speech incites violence and creates hate.

"He's been inciting violence against black people and brown people and Muslim people and giving a platform for basically hate speech and white supremacy to permeate the country," she said.

Trump had to leave his vehicle and take a back entrance to the event due to massive protests in Burlingame, California, a city near San Francisco. Secret Service agents swarmed the area as the candidate may his way into the venue.

"Protesters who say, we will deny him the right to speak here and deny people the right to hear from him. I do think and suspect that starts to turn things around, people say, maybe I don't like Donald trump or don't like what he's saying, that doesn't mean you have the right to shut this down and block off entrances to this building and not let him come in and speak," MSNBC's Steve Kornacki said.

ACTIVIST: I don't think it is out of control. I think you're seeing people express righteous rage the fact we have this hateful bigot trying to speak in our state. They're saying absolutely not.

REPORTER: Was this planned to be a peaceful protest or any means necessary at this point?

ACTIVIST: We respect diversity of tactics to lock down the streets and keep him out and keep him from speaking.

REPORTER: You mean any tactic, you mean anything goes?

ACTIVIST: We mean black and brown and white and any to try to keep him from speaking in our state.

REPORTER: What is the rage about?

ACTIVIST: He's been inciting violence against black people and brown people and Muslim people and giving a platform for basically hate speech and white supremacy to permeate the country.

REPORTER: Do you feel like rushing over the barriers and heading towards the entrance of a convention is the right way to approach this?

ACTIVIST: I think we should be interrupting the convention and making sure Donald Trump does not take stage today.

REPORTER : Do you plan to keep protesting during the day until Donald Trump comes in?

ACTIVIST: We won't let him in.

REPORTER: I think he is in.

The attempt is being made, in this thread and the many before it, to paint the idiots acting like idiots at Herr Drumpf ralleys as par for everyone who has seen through the Drumpf charade and decided that Drumpf is not a good Presidential candidate (heck not even apparently at heart, a very good human being) and therefore not going to support or vote for him, as one big Prog entity.

The only thing I can say about Herr Drumpf is he is a shining example of money not being able to guarantee that a person has class.
