Copy of marriage certificate is not needed.

How many bank statements are you sending?

Do you have any of the following:

  1. Wills?
  2. Medical powers of attorney?
  3. Beneficiary's of life insurance?
  4. Car insurance?
  5. Titles to vehicles or homes?
  6. Leases?
  7. Mortgage?
  8. Rental agreements?
  9. Photos?
  10. Trips together?
  11. Utilities addressed to both or each of you at the same address?

Boarding passes preferably.

I suggest wills, especially since you have a child together.

Can you get any of the rest? You don't have a lot of evidence currently.

Bank statements: We have a copy of bank statements every month for the past 13 months.

I can't think of anything else we can get. We can get 2 affidavits from people who know of our marriage.

I thought we have the main and most important things. which are, bank statements, irs transcripts for past 3 years, health insurance together, joint credit cards, birth certificate of child.

isn't that the main thing?

If you don't have lease or bills for where you live maybe an affidavit from whomever owns the place where you live stating that you live there together and that you don't have any bills in your names?

Financial comingling is the name of the game and usually that means having joint liabilities together such as being responsible for a lease or mortgage and having bills in both names or seperate names for different bills at the same address.

Some people have gotten away with not having these by showing using an affidavit that where they live is owned by a relative who has all bills in their name and they haven't required a lease of them, Some have been able to show they are paying the relative on a regular basis from a joint account.

How much you send is up to you, but you may want to look through the recent RFEs and other posts to get an idea of what the USCIS is wanting as per I-751 evidence.
