I just sent in my biographic data page i got a checklist on. Do i still have to wait another 30-42days for my CC?

Unfortunately yes. I just went through the same thing. Ii haven't officially gotten my CC, but got the 3 n/a's on our CEAC account thing on day 31.

However, a few posts up, someone said they had a supervisor review and didn't have to wait? What a miracle from the NVC ;)

Every service center is different. They send cases out at different times. I would call uscis to see if they sent it to the department of state. Did you check on the uscis.gov website to see if it was sent to department of state? If it is still showing approved that means uscis hasn't sent it to NVC as yet.

Its a month now an they didnt mailed it to the nvc !!

Well thats the problem. They haven't sent it. I would call uscis and ask to speak with a supervisor to find out why your case hasn't been sent to NVC as yet.

Hello all. I called the NVC yesterday, which would have been my 30 days. Told me nothing has changed. This morning, I woke up to 3 n/a's after religiously checking all day yesterday! Will call the NVC to confirm when they open tomorrow. What has everyone's waiting time been on the confirmation email. Are they still sticking to the 5-7 days rule?

Congratulations! it's a great feeling to be done with that part, isn't it!!! I got my CC email exactly 1 week after.

Hello. is it possible to overnight mail my AOS and IV packages to NVC?

if you're sending it within the U.S., yes, it's possible. you would have to send it FedEx, UPS, DHL type of services.
