you don't need Beneficiary ID.

Once you get your case number and Invoice number:

  1. complete Choice of Agent (DS-261)
  2. Pay AOS fee -- sometimes this doesn't become available until after you receive the NVC welcome email.
  3. Call NVC to review your DS-261 over the phone -- once reviewed the IV fee is available to pay within 24 hours. Again sometimes they won't review your DS-261 until after the Welcome email has been sent to you. That's why I put this step after the pay AOS fee.
  4. Pay IV fee -- once IV shows "Paid" status the IV Application is available to complete. Paid status could take up to 5 business days.
  5. Complete IV Application

You can send in your AOS and IV package anytime after you pay the AOS fee. All you need is the Document Cover Sheet.

thanks a lot of this nice reply LinJoe

i was looking at DS-261 example so there i saw beneficiary ID required that way i asked in the group, so beneficiary ID is not required i think in DS-261

thanks again
