so what should i do MrsBurgz, i have been calling nothing is happening after pressing 1

I just called and got through fine.

Are you calling from the US or outside the US? The reason I asked was because last week when I was in Jamaicaand I had that same issue after I press option 1. It wouldn't do anything after. I was using wifi calling to call them. I had to call multiple times before I got pass option 1.

What if I do not get to open a US bank account. But have lots of proof indicating that we are moving to the States like SSN of our daughters, tax papers, emails to school where daughter will be going, tickets of flight to US in June and bust tickets to the town where we are moving.

Aren't you supposed to just do a letter of intent to establish domicile? Do you really have to get all of this extra in order to prove it?

My Convoluted Story (see my profile for more details)

Mar 2010 - Visited Morocco for the first time, got engaged
Dec 30, 2011 - Wedding in Morocco (5th visit)

4 Apr 2014 - USCIS NOIR
May 2015 - Reconciliation
Nov 2015 - Vacation together in Spain (7th in-person visit with each other)
I-130/IR-1 (second time around)
4 Feb 2016 - Priority Date
19 Apr 2016 - NOA2

17 May 2016 - NVC Case Number Assigned

I think I have to have some stuff, that would be intend of establishing domicile. I have asked so many questions regarding this and have read a lot on it but I still want to make sure I did not miss anything.

Scan date is the date NVC receives and scans the barcode on your coversheet into their system. Basically it's the date they they acknowledge they got their documents. You can call and ask them for the scan date.

I have a question about the Affidavit of support..

My son is 13 and gets survivor's benefits.. his father passed away last year. Can I include this money in the affidavit of support? And if so, where do I put it?

Also, my daughter (19) get's SSI (Autism spectrum, ADHD, etc.. I can't use this SSI income at all, correct?

Hello to everyone... We sent our documents to NVC on April 27th. It got delivered on April 29th. We haven't heard from them yet.... Shall we call the NVC to ask for the documents or wait for the 30 days? :/ And can someone explain to me what the scan date is? please :) thanks.....
