Just called NVC and representative told me that supervisor requested to review my case ... I asked him will it take additional 42 days he said I can't tell that since it's still in the frime time of 30-45 days so disappointing and annoying

Day 37 and NVC say they haven't received the case. While USCIS say they have already physically shipped on April 6. What to do? Already sent an email to NVC with a copy of the approval notice

Did you talk to a USCIS supervisor to have them physically track down your case? Or just the peons who answer the phone first?

I wonder if USCIS could give you the tracking number from the shipment your case was supposedly in...If NVC had received your case, then NVC would tell you they had received it, but since they're saying they haven't received it, that's not good!!! Can you try to get the mail tracking number from USCIS? Then maybe you could try checking it online and then give the tracking number to NVC to see if they have record of receiving that shipment.

I'm shaking because I went on the website like every other night not expecting any changes because it's only been a week since my scan date and I have 3 N/A!!!!!!!!!! I don't know if to believe this or not. I'm freaking out omg! I will call tomorrow to make sure.

Scan date was 5/6/16

That's the default answer for Supervisor Review...can take up to 42 days; however, if you get a hold of a supervisor that knows what she/he is doing you could get CC in a week. In my experience, once the Supervisor requests your case specifically, it can take 2-3 days to get a your actual case file and then they can update your case.

Just got confirmation of the date my case arrived at the NVC. May 10 2016. So scan date is done. Now waiting on a case number and IIN. Dhwheels can I be added to the spreadsheet?

Your NVC Received date is May 10, 2016. Scan date comes after you've mailed your AOS + IV packets to NVC...essentially after you've done the other NVC steps.

This has happened in past with cases from Mexico. If you look at my spreadsheet I have one case from Mexico that got CC in 6 days. Congrats to you.

I actually had noticed. Well I noticed that there's a trend for Mexico cases to be CC'd in average time of 3 weeks. With some occasional outliers that got approved within the 3-7 days. I just feel blessed for this to have happened. How can I be added to a spreadsheet?

Holy moly! I guess you got paid back for having to wait for the USCIS to NVC transition =P If things have really moved that fast for you, super congrats!
