That is really strange... NVC is all one place right? I got mine on 5/3 saying my scan date was 4/27. Why would it take so much longer for others?

I think initially everyone was supposed to get this email but they had a delay in actually sending it. It's the only justification for people with scan dates in April getting it until now. I also had not gotten anything and I just got it today.

I did not get any email so far. I called NVC a week after my express mail to conform my scan date. All of us want our relative to join with us as soon as possible but ... Try do some thing keep busy... It stressful but we just can do that much. Any one know how to track NVC work on scan date? And what what scan date NVC up to today?

Yea, that is very true. It's one case where it's not going to make anything go faster - we're just waiting on them to finish, not waiting on them to get to a certain point so we can send Yet Another Piece of Evidence. It's just curious how wildly random everything about this process seems to be. It's definitely a good use of the phrase "consistently inconsistent" if nothing else :P

The best way to track is the scan date spreadsheet, I guess. It's the only thing I know of that's tracking scan dates vs. CC's.

That sucks. Hopefully, you can get it resolved soon.

I have the same scan date. I called for an update and they said they still haven't reviewed my documents yet. <_<

Our scan date is on 26 April! Nvc got our email wrong so we didn't receive any updates! Had to call YTD to ask. They got our email right the whole time why the mistake now? Anyway updated them with the right email, hope to receive timely updates from now on!

Advice needed!! I electronically submitted all my documents in ONE email on April 19. I got an email today saying that they don't have an Affidavit of Support form... I quadruple checked my sent messages and the AOS is 100% attached. Called NVC and the rep looked into it for me but she says she was only able to see 6 attachments. I was trying to ask her if someone only uploads relevant files to the cases or what not, and I think the answer is yes... so perhaps someone failed to upload the AOS I sent to my "case file." She told me to just resend it but then I have to wait another 30 days for that to be reviewed. She told me that I can get a supervisor to review but it takes up to 42 days. My question is... does anyone know which route is faster at this point? Should I ask for supervisor review or should I just resubmit and wait? My husband is deploying later this year and I really want to see him before he leaves and also don't want to have to move to the US by myself... (I also asked about expediting a case with the embassy but it seems they can't do anything until all documents are reviewed by NVC anyway).

Thanks in advance, I'm really hoping for some answers soon!
