I am trying to maintain a Scan date to CC spreadsheet (link in my signature below). The latest scan date on my spread sheet getting a CC is April 8, 2016. You should be withing this week.

You're right in that NVC does only work Monday - Friday and has weekends off. Every agent i've spoken with (trust me when i say i have spoken with a large number of them) has said it's calendar days n

right. count calendar days from when they say scan date. you very well could get case complete either Wednesday or Thursday of this week! Hoping for a smooth CC for you!!!

How do you check what date they are on?

There is a spreadsheet around :)..... And sure, I am waiting for you to get your CC so I can get mine :content:

I know this is difficult, but I will keep trying. It will work because, this distance is nothing compared to our love. :wub:

02/17/2015 - 03/09/2015 He came back to Colombia to visit me and met my family. :star:

05/12/2015 We couldn't stand the distance, so he decided to move here with me. :wub:

05/28/2015 We got married at the notary. 06/06/2015 We got married at church :D

12/03/2016  Moved back to the USA. 🥰

08/2020 Became a Citizen. 🇱🇷

 

08/2020 Applied to bring my mom. ❤️

02/28/2022 went to pick my mom to the airport in Florida 🤩

It probably won't be scanned today. If it was delivered, it's probably in the building. But it will take a day or two for them to get to yours as they get many packages every day. Wait a day or two and see if you get an e-mail. In my case, I didn't get an e-mail. I called them to confirm that they received my documents and they told me when they scanned it into their system.

In my case, it was delivered on April 11th and scanned April 12th. Still waiting. :clock:

Yea, but they should've obtained the signature. It could just be missing from what you see there and they really have it, or they could be able to verify who signed for it, which might help you figure out where it is!

You guys NVC is confusing me again lol I thought my scan date was 5/6 because they told me that's when they received everything when I called. I just got the email telling me they received it on 5/5 so which one is my scan date? The inconsistency is crazy lol

August 21, 2012: We started Dating
September 13, 2014: We Got engaged!

I was really excited/worried when I got an email today thinking it was either a CC or checklist. Nope, it's just an email saying they got my documents and to allow 30 days for processing. That's about 30 days late. :sleepy:

Sounds like 5/5 is the date they got your mail. 5/6 is when they scanned it into their system. But it doesn't really matter because they say the same thing to everyone (30-45 days for processing).
