Sent AOS and IV Documents via Email May 7th, 2016

IV won't be invoiced until you complete the DS-261 and get that reviewed. Maybe you just forgot to mention it on your list of what you've completed already but if you haven't completed it yet, complete that and then call NVC and ask them to review it with you over the phone. It will save you weeks of waiting for them to do it on their own. Once they review it, you'll see the IV invoice within 24 hours.

@Bostocrican: Then you should be good t o go with the police certificate :)

Something else: I saw somewhere else that the G-325a, that form with the biographical data that was sent with the I-130 for both petitioner and beneficiary, was once sent along with the AOS & IV packets as well. That was an old list, though, right?

For your question, yes sending that form is no longer required I believe.

I might be reading it wrong. But I would say go with April 19th. That way if you get an earlier Case Complete even better :)

USCIS sent my I130 for my wife to the NVC on May 6. Hopefully they receive my case soon. Any ideas how fast the current transfer time is and if it's reasonable to expect CC by the end of May ? Thanks and God Bless us all

I think you'll have to wait 3 weeks to get your case number, then another week to send in your documents and pay. Maybe you'll have to wait until the beginning of July to get a case complete ??

USCIS

Jan 15th noa 1

April 4th noa2

NVC

Received case April 22

June 20th CASE COMPLETE?

Interview date: waited 160 days, January 3 ... APPROVED! VISA COLLECTED JANUARY 5

Thats Great... now one stupid question? Did you send passport size pictures this way?

Our checklist actually didn't ask for passport pictures perhaps because already sent them in during the I-130 process? So we didn't send additional ones - we strictly adhered to our checklist. Also all your attachments should be under 5MB.

Passport size pics dont have to be sent to NVC. Applicant can simply take them to interview at US embassy with him.
