Hello! I'm almost ready to send my I-130, by I have a couple questions.

1. For evidence of bona fide marriage, my husband and I don't have any joint accounts, children, etc. For my evidence I have a short cover letter/ index which has the dates that my husband and I have visited each other. For each visit (6 total, each spanning 2 weeks-6 months,) I have included all flight itineraries (printed directly from the confirmation emails,) a couple hotel confirmations (again as sent by the hotels confirmation email,) and 2 color photos with date taken an location. I'm also including photocopies of both of our passport visa pages to show that they dates we visited are genuine. I would love any feedback, good or bad, that you have on weather this is enough/ too much/ not enough evidince!

2. Also, on the USCIS site it says to sign and date any pages with additional info. I was assuming this meant for example if i have more than 5 addresses for the G325a, and need to add another page, id sign and date that, but should I be doing that for all the supporting evidence?

I'm probably my over thinking it, but I appriciate any feedback! And thanks for all the help! This site is an aweosme resource!

1. That is great evidence. I would include evidence of communication when you are not together, such as phone bills, some select emails

2. You are overthinking it :)

1. I agree this evidence is strong :) at the same time they will request more evidence if they want to, or ask you to bring smth else for the interview. which is not bad at all! You may also include the printout of your phone call log which shows that you talk a lot on the phone (if that's the case). there are a lot of things you may include when you think about it. send them some photos of your vacations (write dates and places on the back)

But if you don't wanna spend time on that, you may just send what you have now, that's really strong evidence, don't worry!

2. I didn't sign any supporting documents - that would be too much :) you should only sign pages that REQUEST your signature and those with additional information for the forms you submit

Good luck! :dancing:

No you don't need to sign and date all the pages of photocopies of hotel receipts and travel itineraries, etc. But you do need to sign and date any extra pages that belong to the forms (such as if you need more space to write an address or something).
