They did do counseling.... Living with someone who has a mental illness is not easy and the OP doesn't seem to know what he is dealing with and his wife doesn't, as it sounds, get treatment. They might have loved each other at some point but now they live together and the OP is making the wife's mental illness worse by his ignorance.

I can and I did, the reason she called me is that to tell me whats going on so I can talk to him as a son and father, and it was business relation topic, its a family business which eventually as his eldest son I am very involved in it, even before i come to the US.

True, thats what I tell her, but she doesnt understand it. I never cut her off the internet even if i was paying for it, i mean its nothing we are a family. But she doesnt get it and she wants to do whatever she wants.

If she is as severe as you state how did you not know?? There were many months prior to visa being approved communication...I don't see how you got around not knowing if indeed she is as unstable as you say.

Yes she is taking daily pills and I googled the name it says its for Bipolar crisis, shes also going to a social worker and a psychiatrist. I am paying for that because I have her on my health insurance, and I dont mind paying as long she will get better.

You are full of hatred person who is so full of ignorance and arrogance. Whatever the problem between me and my wife you are not allowed to disrespect her in anyway.

I just don't know how you can fix unfortunately if she has all this going on...and if police are being called its only a matter of time where the option won't be grandmas house but lockup....

Update: Last night after she called the cops on me and saying she is afraid from me, she ended by leaving the house to her family's, and the cops guarding her the whole time she was packing her stuff and a cop watching me so I wont do anything, which I wont. I woke up 4 am to find her came back home and later she came to bed too and slept next to me.

I think I will tell the police that she came back, I mean how can a person who's afraid from someone that need to call the cops will go back to them at the middle of the night and sleep next to them?!

I just don't know how you can fix unfortunately if she has all this going on...and if police are being called its only a matter of time where the option won't be grandmas house but lockup....

No, there's no reason to call the cops to tell them she came home. What you should do though, to protect yourself from another visit from the cops is go to a hotel or shelter and stay there. Don't make contact with your wife. File for divorce. Don't talk to her, don't have any contact whatsoever with her. You don't want to be accused and locked up for domestic abuse. Then you can definitely start planning for your move back to your home country.

I was not planning on moving out till I see a divorce lawyer, she is refusing to give me the bank statements from the bank account I was on, she was the primary holder.

If you don't know yet the police are a busy entity they are not gonna entertain or come by for moral support someone will be locked up if they keep coming out they aren't mediators. There job is to enforce the laws....And by them coming out for arguments they are taking time for more important affairs....especially since you know this is now a problem relationship/marriage.
