There are no special rules for Muslims, guys. Come on.

And AP is not for "Muslim" countries. You don't see Indonesia having a lot of AP. There are other factors at play.

She needs to file there in the US but one of the criteria is to know each other for at least 2 years if i remember well...

you do not have to know each other for 2 years, only have met at least once in 2 years.

Hello everyone, I am a Tunisian student in Germany. I met my girlfriend 6 months ago. She is an American citizen. She lIves in USA.

I would like to apply for K-1 visa and I am confused about if I can apply here in Germany or I have to go back to my country to do so. Thank you.

First of all, you should start calling her fiance, not gf anymore. Isn't this what you guys planning on, Fiance Visa?

Second, she will be the one to petition you and in the petition Germany will be the Embassy for your Visa interview if her petition is approved.

And I do agree, with others, expect to have your case go into AP for more security checks that might or might not take some time.

Is this something for sure that a student visa counts

If you are still concerned you could always contact the US embassy in Germany and ask them directly.
