Confused !!!!!!!!!!

Please can someone help me?

I entered the visa legally on a tourist visa, my spouse and i got married and we are filing my petition, i am the only one that she is sponsoring but we cant figure if we should use the i-864 or the i-864ez. We have reached out to uscis customer service center and they say to use the i-864 but upon reading the instructions the i-864ez seems more like the form for us. Please help !

I had no clue a form i-864ez existed. I just filed AOS for my husband and I used i-864

04/28/2016 - Packet reached USCIS (i-130, i-485, i-131, i-765)

05/05/2016 - Checks cashed

05/06/2016 - USCIS Email/Text acceptance confirmation

05/09/2016 - NOA1 hard copy

05/13/2016 - Biometrics letter arrived in mail

05/27/2016 - Biometrics scheduled

07/20/2016 - Submitted Service Request for (I-765); Sent letter to congressman
07/21/2016 - EAD card is being produced
07/21/2016 - AP document is being produced
07/23/2016 - AP documnt received
07/27/2016 - EAD card received

In part 3, I checked the 1st box - "I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in part 2." The section 3.a is blank.

Oh. So in part 3 section 3a do you enter your husband info again or u just leave that blanks sincr he is the only one ?

My husband is already in USA, that is why I left 3.a blank.
