Hey, I looking for some much needed advice if anyone can help me.

I am almost ready to send in my application to adjust status but my I'm still unclear about certain things.

1. How many of the biometric forms do i need to send in? I see about three different forms that ask for the biometric form to be filed with them so do i just send one and it covers all the other forms or do i need to print individuals and if so do i have to pay the $85 fee for each forms?

I'm confused about which of the affidavit of support im suppose to file. I called the uscis customer care # and they said i should for the i-864 but before they were telling me the i-864ez. I am the only one being sponsored and my spouse will be using personal income so the ez looks more like the form we should use. Any advice on what to do?
