Hi

You are so sweet. Thanks a lot for thinking about us. We are not victimized by the flood. But most people were affected. Non-stop raining all over the country.

Not good. :cry2:

I am only victimized by AP. :) They asks the tax transcripts for year 2014 & 2015. Tommy has given some other tax application copies or something instead of tax transcripts. Our lawyer or NVC never corrected us. At-least they never asked me to bring that for the interview.. I knew nothing about those US documents. Now Tommy has to go back US and email those documents to the Colombo embassy. They kept my passport and other originals. At the moment I am not feeling good. Thanks for concern dear friend!!

Anyway.. we will go on a 3 day outing tomorrow. :)

God bless you!

Tommal, I am sure you are feeling very low today. I'm so sorry. But the good news is that this is just another hurdle to jump - you were not denied totally! Just temporarily! Tax transcripts take about a week to get in the mail. And they kept your passport, which is a VERY good sign!

I get so mad when I see that lawyers have hurt peoples' cases. They make a lot of money, and are not always good. I liked my attorney, but I had to correct her once, and push her once. Now that we are in the Removal of Conditions stage (ROC), I'm not using a lawyer!

Ah, Dwheels...it's just paper. It's your DS-260, mostly. They use that form at POE to enter your hubby into the system. Nothing secret.

Hi everyone! I've individually messaged a couple of you about this, but I also wanted to get a general idea from different folks about IRS tax information submitted. I had submitted my returns and W2's as well as my joint sponsor's as part the financial evidence needed, as the instructions had stated we could submit either transcripts of returns. I know Tommal is in AP and I'm really sorry to hear that (praying for a quick process to get through that) for not having transcripts. Is that a rule on dependent which country the beneficiary is in?

Time quickly approaching my friend. As my husband would say, drink some warm tea (he thinks warm tea cures everything). All will be well!

Question (again)..how can one tell if they have touched the case? I'm sure I know the answer to this but the circuits have fired up as of yet.
