During AP, is it normal for them to touch the case and thus change the status updated date? Mine was touched today but it still says AP.

Yes, it is normal. Each time someone looks/updates your case, it must update with a new date. Keep that positive thinking ;)

I would have never EVER thought that of Picobenz either...EVER...seems so calm, cool and collected.

You know you open the gates up Picobenz for me and Petes30...we got your number now buddy. And BTW, we still gonna pay you a visit to take your card for trying to "sale out"...Oh, I didn't forget!!!

hahahaha, I am going to pee my pants!

Wowowo I just checked the Status on ceac website and it says AP already!! Isn't it too early? And the CO didn't apparently said anything about being approved or denied but he said we'll call you in 10 days and I guess that was for passport pickup. I'll ask my wife again for his exact words but one thing for sure he didn't give out any 221(g) slip.

So still should I assume that the visa is approved?

Is it normal for COs not to explicitly state that it's approved or denied?

He did give out a list of approved couriers though but no AP slip

Fingers CROSSED again!! ?

Questions asked - how did you guys meet

Done withing 45-50 mins of entering the consulate.

Currently the CEAC status says Issued.

Good luck to all. Hang in there. :goofy:

You should receive a date by end of the month I believe. Lol i know i know..it was risky. I talked to my brother in law and he said there were only about 5 people waiting, so hopefully he finishes soon.
