Gosh...she did it to me again...a couple of times

Roots, not riots

And plain old, not plan on...

Wish someone would tell her she's FIRED!

OMG!!!! I'm so excited for you!!! That gives me greater hope for approval too because like you, we didn't front load anything and only sent the marriage certificate and will be bringing the proof of relationship to the interview. Did your wife do the interview in English? 45-50 minutes so quick!!

I heard Mumbai is fast with issuing visa. She might have it in hand before the end of the week. One other member mentioned that his wife is from Mumbai so her visa pick up location was Mumbai. They sent the visa for printing the same day as the interview and she had visa in hand the very next day!

woooooohoooooooooo

Just so you all know, my wife is the same way and I'm the the one stressing all the time. They won't understand the pressure until they petition for someone.

You don't act stressed. Lol. See I knew it was a front.

Hope all is well with you my dear :)

Okay I am now abit worried again. I know it's just a day after the interview but I checked on the status and it still says "ready" same as it did on day of the interview. Should I be worried? Is this normal?

Don't worry yet...see what happens tomorrow...just could be a minor delay. I am not sure how long it stays in that state before it's updated...I may have read it some where but it's late and my circuits are cooked for the day.

And maybe someone else who recently had interviewed at JA Embassy will chime in with some direction....also, try looking at some of the past reviews to see if anything is mentioned there. If I come across any information, I will surely share it.

You know you open the gates up Picobenz for me and Petes30...we got your number now buddy. And BTW, we still gonna pay you a visit to take your card for trying to "sale out"...Oh, I didn't forget!!!

Does foreigin state of chargeabllity means country of birth ? Mine shows Germany I'm born in Germany but I don't have German passport and my interview will be in Macedonia

foreign chargeability means the country from where you hold your passport.

My mother born in India but held Pakistani passport, her chargeability was Pakistan.
