Ow Yhh..sorri I just got home..Okk so I got there very early..5:49am to be precise..so I had a long wait till 7..my first encounter was with a Ghanaian lady Hu was kinda cheeky and snorbish...she asked for the originals and biometrics..Then I sat for 15mins and I was interviewed by a white lady Hu asked the famous "3" questions..asked for my left fingerprints and gave me where to pick up my visa..God is really wonderful..

Yes...he tells me about warm tea all the time or warm Red Stripe...the Red Stripe is an excuse for him to drink early in the morning because I have worked his nerves! My father-in-law swear he a bush doctor..they have me break leaves and stems off of s*** and boiling it in watta and drinking it (tea leaves people)...maybe that's the reason I am so cra cra....I better start finding out the origin of some these riots they have me drinking (mostly "feva" grass or thats how my ears deciphered it but to me it looks like a plan on fern).

Lol we Jamaicans seem to take tea for everythin

My husband's interview is tomorrow, and I looked on the ceac website and it says at NVC and yesterday it said READY. Is that normal?

don't worry probably just a Macedonian thing lol good luck to his interview and share his experience tomorrow I'm waiting for an interview in Skopje too

That is awesome news!!! Congrats to you ...I know how bad you were waiting on your interview and how worried you felt but I am sure this feels like a weight got lifted off your shoulder!!

Just so you all know, my wife is the same way and I'm the the one stressing all the time. They won't understand the pressure until they petition for someone.

If your hubby is WITH you and you are so stressed over this process...can you begin to imagine what it must feel like for us who are in separate countries from our spouses?

I feel to hit that roof sometimes and the stress of this is compounded with the idiocy I face at my job on a daily basis....the only reason I haven't punched any1 in the face at work is bcuz I need my job!!

My husband and I argue over petty things but when I'm visiting him, I'm there with him and feel his love on a magnanimous scale. I don't even know the meaning of the word "argue" when we're together bcuz he is my rock and my sanity in this mad world

Regarding paperwork, my USC husband did the first part (USCIS, NVC) and I'm handling the embassy evidence. We have also split costs for the processes as well so the financial burden is minimal.

This process makes you look at yourself as an individual and it tests so many emotional boundaries. Come next Monday, I pray to God that all this stress will be over when the CO tells me and my kids that we are approved! God surely knows that I need my husband and my kids need their stepdad.
