Now the case shows as ready! That was fast, wasn't it? I only recall seeing it ON TRANSIT yesterday...

I was thinking the same thing since that's what happened to mine! It showed "In Transit" yesterday and this morning it changed to "Ready". I thought I had found it on DHL and it was delivered before the estimated time (which was tomorrow). We are getting closer, how exciting! :D

Thank you so much for this. I never really got this Changeability but now makes since. I guess it's "the country that gets charged", hehe :goofy:

Lol you're welcome! That's right, though in our case since we are petitioning for our spouses (or close relatives) it isn't really relevant but it's still good to know

Thanks.

When I was getting my Australian Permanent Residency, the Case Office asked me "What would happen if you were denied?" My jaw dropped and I must have looked totally shocked. I mumbled something about trying another time or another way.

The CO smiled at me very apologetically and said that she was required to ask that question of everyone, and that she could tell, from the facial expression of the petitioner, how much the visa meant to them.

It's a good question to be prepared for!

Congratulations Edissa508!

Just wondering what did you answer to "Have you discussed with her if you should get denied"? My wife's interview is tomorrow, so kinda nervous.

Thanks.

Can't plan for a question like that. I spoke honestly and stated that my wife and I would work through whatever obstacles and that we would do so together. I was abit surprised when that was asked but just speak honestly and from your heart.

Hello everyone,

I know this thread is for spouses/fiancés, but I had been following and participating here, I think I am on the spreadsheet as well. I just wanted to share the good news... yesterday I received the email containing the date for my Mom's interview (The Interview Letter (P4)): June 28, 2016 at 09:00 am.

Dwheels, you can update that on the spreadsheet...

Good luck to everyone!!!

M

Congratulations. Updated.
