Hey guys I wanted to know if someone can shed some light on this issue I am having. I know friends who got their case complete after I did but they received an interview for our embassy already. Is there a reason its out of order I thought it was a queue?

What's your CC date and embassy?

Hi

A lot of members are in good happy moods these days due to getting CC or interview dates. :dancing:

I am happy for you too!! (L)

Hubby will land in Sri Lanka on the 17th

More than getting excited for his visit, I am so nervous about the interview on the 19th

Oh ...Friends tell me something to make my mind -_-

Is this natural for everybody, when the date will be closer??

I cant eat or sleep or don't feel to talk with anybody...

Like my mind is completely empty. :huh2:

God bless you all!!

Hi Tommal,

Yes this is absolutely normal. My anxiety kicked in about 1 or 2 days before my husband's interview, but after interview you begin to think "what did I get so worked up for?" lol.

It's great that your husband will be there to offer support. All will be well, you got this

I look forward to reading about your approval :)

Is your visa really an F-2A visa as it says in your profile? Were these other people also the same type of visa? If not, that may be why. If they are the same visa type and everything, I'd give them a call, but probably chalk it up to "The Great Mystery that is the US Immigration Process".

Hi!

Happy to read about people progressing and the good advice given. Thank you :-)

Been on vacation in Israel <3

Yesterday I had an appointment with my doctor and, guess what, there's no chronological record of vaccinations. They only keep information from the last 10 years. However, I was just given a paper saying that I got all the vaccinations needed in Spain and that I should not be given the tetanus one until 2021.

Therefore, I sent an email attaching that paper to the physicians that will do my examination to see if that's valid and/or anything else is needed.

I'll let you know as soon as I have an answer.

Have a great day!

I had an answer:

So they can't accept the document I was given as an evidence that I have all the required vaccinations.

Since I won't be able to provide them with my complete vaccination records, I have to book another appointment with my doctor and get all the detailed information they have from the past 10 years regarding vaccinations, and a blood screening for the MMR & Chickenpox to check for IgGs.

My cc is april 26th and the embassy is Islamabad, Pakistan.

I'm from Pakistan as well. My CC is April 18th and my interview was scheduled on April 29th. If you're CR1/IR1 as well then your interview should have been scheduled by now. Call NVC!!

Yeah my our category is F2A, and the other people I know are not in the same category. I was just assuming that once case is compelte and you;re in a queue it would be the same. If anyone knows that there is a different could you please let me know. I called NVC they couldn't answer my question either. Kept saying visa is available for you and just waiting for an interviewed to be scheduled.

i'm not CR1/IR1 I guess that's why its different but i feel at this stage it shouldn't be any different. I'm not really sure though.

Hubby did his medical today at the Q life family clinic in Victoria Island. He was asked to pick up result next week Tuesday? Does it usually take this long to get result? Well, I thank God for everything. Interview is right around the corner ?

Good luck everyone

My husband interviewed in Montreal on May 9th. His interview was about 4 minutes long and he was immediately approved. Yay!

We showed up around 8am for an 8:30am interview. We met with one agent for about 10 minutes to give him our original documents, which he organized. Then we got called by the office for the interview, which my husband did by himself. I waited in the waiting room. The officer asked if either of us had been married before, and how we met, and whether he had ever been in trouble with the law. He then told my husband that his case was the easiest one all morning, and gave him the Welcome To America brochure.

So happy - thanks for the help from everyone! I guess I'll be moving over to following the "after the interview" type of threads now. Good luck to the rest of you still waiting!
