hello everyone , i got my interview 14 june 2016 ,Cairo Egypt. IR-1 visa ,, after long time of waiting , anyway i almost done with everything ,, but i want to share with u those things and also to make other may it will help ,, i got P4 latter with the required interview document ..as it shown ...

Document Name Document Status

correspondence instructions C

1-immigrant visa application part 1 R

1-immigrant visa application part 2 R

passport J

3-birth certificate J

4-adoption F

5-marriage certificate J

6-marriage termination F

7-court records F

F-financial evidence Y

9-military records J

10-Egypt police certificate J

fee payment $

F-petitioner marriage certificate F

F-petitioner birth certificate F

i understand what the status means and i know what to bring with me but i little confuse about somethings

1st - why financial evidence start with "F" letter not a number like other and if "Y" mean the NVC sent this document to the US embassy is this mean i dont need those documents with me ???? and if i must what exactly i should got with me cuz i already submit IRS and i-846 form all the original ones to NVC but all was in Dec 2015 so do i have to get new document from IRS or pay stubs for the this year 2016 knowing that its take long time to got them ?? i appreciate so much if u tell me what exactly i have to take with me about this ?!! ...(step by step) :)

2nd - about the IV application part 1 .2 i read about this and it say "R" mean that i done this online so i got the online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration - Confirmation Page is this the right one or the whole form ??

3rd - its not mention any translations and most of those document its in Arabic language so what i have to do ??? i have it anyway

4th - do i have to get any relationship evidence with me knowing that they asked for it iat USCIS and we sent allot of it more than 50 pages :) and reason is simply cuz we been married for almost 5 years now and for sure we have allot of it and if so .. what i can take with me ???

5th -do anyone think there is any thing upnormal in those things ?? and if u think i will face any prob ??

nvc told us the embassy will schedule interveiw next month first weeek now m totally confused

Hi guys,

Just to give you an estimated time frame based on DWheels76 spreadsheet for Case Complete to Interview for persons from UAE...see the below info to help you ascertain your waiting time for an interview at your consulate:

2016:

Case complete - Feb 19

Interview scheduled - May 25

Total - 96 days

Visa type - n/a

Case complete - Feb 4

Interview scheduled - Apr 19

Total - 75 days

Visa type - n/a

Case complete - Jan 7

Interview scheduled - Feb 1

Total - 25 days

Visa type - F2a

2015:

Case complete - Oct 29

Interview scheduled - Dec 13

Total - 45 days

Visa type - n/a

Case complete - Oct 22

Interview scheduled - Jan 11

Total - 81 days

Visa type - n/a

I hope this helped in some way

I've been calling them every day, however, the response is that we'll let you know when it's scheduled. We cannot predict the timelines. When asked if they have started UAE yet? They usually don't know, or say generic answer that they start scheduling at the end of the month. Hoping for a July interview now ??

Good Morning Guys,

I called in to check the status of my case last night and I was told that they have closed schedules for June already.

Furthermore, I was able to expedite due our baby due in June. Well, ALl i know now is. normal cases have to wait another month. Expedited cases are send to embassy directly and are processed there.

Hope this info helps you guys.

I will keep posting once I hear something from AUH.

Cheers.
