Hello everyone,

I am a little confused... I was updating my VJ Timeline with the CC date, and I noticed the spaces to fill in information about Packet 3 & Packet 4...

Can anyone explain to me what those are, and why there are no Packet 2 or Packet 1 dates, and why? Or point me to the right guide to read about those.

Thank you,

M

See all they had to do was call me in from outside . I am a Software Test Engineer. But yes glad the system gave them the good report.

Husband left 3 hours ago for the 8 to 9 hr bus (well a van) ride back to Lagos to drop off the Passport. It should be read fr pick up in 2 weeks when we wil be back in Lagos to drop me off at the airport.

Now we can plan I have so much to do when I get home. Lord.

What you confused about? :goofy:

I was thinking that they were having you guys come back for the interview session all over again due to the mofo systems going down. Didnt even think that you all were able to accomplish anything at the time of the interview. But goes to show you what I know. But that's ancient history now. What matters is that you all are approved and 1 step closer.

We need to have a side bar....have some ideas about this whole process that I intend on writing out (with tech specs) and sending to the powers that be.

Take a deep breath!

In the name of Jesus, I ask that any fear or anxiety be removed from my sister and brother as they embark on this journey. I ask that your will be done and inject victory over this case.

In Jesus name..Amen.

Move in faith and confidence..all is well. Believe and trust it! Speak it into the universe.

So they cancelled my wife appointment and told her she needs to do the bio metrics first and then reschedul the appointment ???

I'm sorry to hear that. An additional wait can be frustrating, but just another hurdle in the road before you get to the finished line. Just continue to prepare in anticipation of your wife's coming and before you know it the date will be here. Be encouraged, it will be well.

For Jamaica which has been catching up is about 60 days from Case Complete to be schedule So you are probably looking at August interview date. Look at the spreadsheet so you can get a better look.

dwheels, any idea about how long after CC does NVC schedule interviews for Bangladesh? My CC was April 19, still nothing. Thanks

Registering with DHL is optional, am I correct? Because I didn't get that instruction in my p4 letter.

Hey Picobenz....correct, its not on the P4 but it is indicated on the Kingston Embassy checklist (so I am not sure if it's optional or not).

Check out the link below:

https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/Supporting_documents.html

Go to about the middle of the page and look for "Review Embassy/Consulate Instructions" and then select Kingston. It will download a PDF checklist and you will see that its listed there.
