Thanks Edissa....going to take snapshots of this and forward to the hubbs just so he will know what to expect...a lot of waiting ???. Alright...next step..inteview. We stand in agreement that this is already done and approve! Formality my friend...formality. Rest easy.

More than welcome my friend. Tried to remember the exact step by step procedure as I did it but during the day I got pretty tired. Tell him make sure to have a hearty breakfast before heading there. They don't allow eating or drinking in the waiting area nor usage of cell phones. He would have to step outside to use it but he may risk not hearing his name called when they're ready for him.

Hey guys I'm new, just got my case complete today, my scan date is April 05-2016..

Since about the beginning of the year, for JA its taking approx. 2 months to receive a scheduled interview date from the CC (this varies and could change at any time). You can better gage the timeframe by looking at the spreadsheet and see the CC dates for those who've been scheduled. I believe that CC dates of late Feb and March are currently being scheduled. Every country's scheduling timeframe is different. The spreadsheet will give you a good few of scheduling.

*the link for the spreadsheet can be found on the very first page and first post by DWheels)

Welcome to to thread and congrats on the CC.

So they cancelled my wife appointment and told her she needs to do the bio metrics first and then reschedul the appointment ???

Awww...sorry to hear that but this is not a show stopper...just a little bump in the road that can easily be resolved. Hopefully, her rescheduled appointment will be soon and she is making arrangements to get the biometrica done soon. Edited by shsl73

Thank you! :)

Thank you!

JK_0704, i see that you received a checklist and your scan date was 3/14/2016. I had received a checklist and then my scan date was 3/11/2016.

I'm still not case complete yet. It's honestly been so discouraging seeing others getting case complete while I'm still waiting and waiting to be reunited with my hubby.

I'm excited for everyone who's been getting case complete and interviews but its been making me feel envious... the opposite of what i wanted :clock:

Lord have his mercy....LET THE PARTY BEGIN. I am soooooooooooooooooo happy and excited for you both..a bit confused but nonetheless we are going to take this blessing and whomever put the vapors on the "mofo" system so you could get that approval...thank you!

We're gonna party like it's 19 99....so excited for you and the hubs!

See all they had to do was call me in from outside . I am a Software Test Engineer. But yes glad the system gave them the good report.

Husband left 3 hours ago for the 8 to 9 hr bus (well a van) ride back to Lagos to drop off the Passport. It should be read fr pick up in 2 weeks when we wil be back in Lagos to drop me off at the airport.

Now we can plan I have so much to do when I get home. Lord.

What you confused about? :goofy:

CONGRATULATIONS DWHEELS! A WOMAN OF UR KIND SHOULD REALLY BE HELD UP IN HIGH ESTEEM. SO HAPPY FOR YOU. YOU HAVE THOUGHT ME TO BE HAPPY EVEN IN TRYING TIMES. WHAT A BIG LESSON I HAVE LEARNT FROM YOU.

I have been a Pastors Aide for over 25 years and one thing my Pastor always taught me was "you have to be happy and celebrate with others for the very thing you want and don't have". I count it ALL joy even in the storms (easier said then done I assure you). :goofy:

That's why I believe this is a bless thread for all these ears with no denials maybe A here and there but not long AP. But people here celebrate , they are happy for others. We don't begrudge anyone their joy and we arty and celebrate like its our own case. I love that about all of us.

It's such a pleasure to be here with all of you and see the joy, even the frustration that soon turns into pure joy. Then when you come back and say your husband wife kids, sister brother mother or father are now with you. Well that's why I do what I do. (L)
