LOL you are not alone....my CC was April 19th...I called twice today, but no interview date.....blahhhh

Hang in there. It seems they are still scheduling interviews for those that got CC at the beginning of the month and working their way to current. Some countries are faster than others. Remember they are scheduling all week. Today is only Monday. Don't get discouraged. You still have 4 more days.

IF I'm blessed to be included in this group of scheduling for June interviews, I'm not expecting to know anything until Thursday or Friday, since my CC was on April 27th.

Have faith and stay optimistic, you're interview date is coming.

I have not heard of any CR1/IR1 category scheduling at your embassy. I would PM Venezuela members that just went through the embassy and ask them.

Thank you dwheels76,

My case is IR-5 (mother), there are no threads like this one for those specific cases, since it seems like VJ focuses more on CR1/IR1 cases, but the process is the same, so I join the threads here. Thank you for the idea, though I will try to PM other Venezuelan VJ Members.

Yes they are 12 13 and 16. When you go for yours please let me know if you had to get it. Tks

So I got my medical done today with my kids. We got there at 8:30am sharp; an entire hour earlier than our actual appointment. We left there at 11:50am. I told the receptionist that we would get the vaccines thru my Primary Dr (costs cheaper) so I got blood work done to test for syphilis, the chest x-ray to test for adult TB was done at another facility. My kids got their PPD skin test done, also at another facility. They have to return to see the results of any reaction to their skin. Then we have to take their results back to the medical center. I have a 2-week window to get the required vaccines (influenza, varicella and HepA <---only for the kids) so I'll have to scan and email the results back to the medical center when i get those done so that they can complete the medical report for the embassy.

All in all, a very productive, yet stressful day.

That's fine. My situation is different than most of you here. My brother in law (4 yrs old) has aggressive behavior. I've seen him made my daughter cried numerous times while I Skyping with my wife. As a father, I can't stand seeing my daughter get bullied over and over.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL WITH INTERVIEW APPOINTMENTS AND CC's

I feel embarrassed calling the NVC over and over again just to hear the same answer. Keep me in y'all prayers please.

No need to feel embarrassed.....we ALL have called continuously until some of the reps knew us as regulars!

I guess not on this forum? That sounds about right though. Our CC is 2/29 and realistically I think we'll be for the next scheduling cycle but I'm just hoping we sneak in this time.
