I think we have to go to the DHL office...I've been calling the embassy and they've been giving generic answers to wait for email from DHL and it's been almost two weeks..I think they think I'm NIV..So I will go to DHL Monday to see.

You're patience with such a long waiting period, encouragement of others during your wait and positivity is truly commendable!

I got in touch with the embassy here after 8 business days in AP, and I was assured my visa will be issued. I'm so relieved, but I still can't help to be nervous about it until I get the passport and packet in hand. They're waiting on a Washington, D.C. office to get back to them about some paperwork and they'll be able to issue it then. I'm hoping that happens this week.

Hi All,

I am happy to mention that my POE was yesterday In Boston, It was simply easy.

I was on the Queue, when I got to the officer I handed him my passport, As I was reaching for the envelope in Briefcase he asked me "So what are you doing in my country?". I simply said I am coming here to join my Wife. He took the envelope off me and asked "Did you open it" I said No. Then he asked me "What do you do for work?" i answered, I am an IT Engineer. then he told me to place my right 4 fingers on the scanner, took my photograph and endorsed my visa.

He told me to wait in a corner as another officer will come for me. The officer came was handed my file and he ushered me to the CBP office where I sat and waited about 5Minutes. I got called and the officer asked if I brough any food, I replied No. He gave me my passport and that was it.

Waited for my connecting flight to Dallas which was at a domestic terminal. I am now joined with my wife and we are victorious at last. I did not even rest at all, Moment we got in straight picked the car drove to Home depot and we been shopping to beautify our home all day :) yesterday.

Today is my birthday and we prolly continue shopping then go wine and dine later in the day.
