Title says it all

Me and my then fiance got married here in the USA on a k1 visa on April 1st. we havent applied for social security number yet...are we able to do that now or do we have to wait until after AOS is complete?

Thanks

When does your I-94 expire? As long as there are atleast 14 days left, you should be able to get it now:

you can do it as long as ur I-94 ain't expired. You don't have till u completed AOS. Got mine after I got married . But if ur I_94 is expired u have to wait till u get ur ead or gc . Good luck and saying this from my experience
