Hello,

I'm putting the final touches on my AOS (from K1) and I had on my print out list to have 3 copies of the G-325A Biographic Info. But when I look at the checklist on this site (and the USCIS instructions) for EAD and AP it says that you DONT need them?

I just wanted to confirm prior to packaging up my application.

Also, if folks could have a quick look over my checklist just to confirm that I have everything I need before I lick the envelope closed (ah this part is always super stressful!) I would be very grateful!

Thanks for all the help VJers!

Below is my checklist:

G-325A is only needed for the I-485. I-94 not needed for the I-131 and I-765 either, just the I-485. Also, unless the USC petitioner/sponsor is self\-employed, they should send in documentation of current annual income too, such as letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs to go along with the 2015 taxes for the I-864.
