If it was me, I'd definitely start calling and sending letters all over the place. But that just me.

For what it is worth, so was I.

Mine seems to have taken a little more time then others, and have run into a lot of hurdles...coincidence?

But our interview is still pretty much in line with the typical filer though. It seems as though they make up for

lack of speed and for taking extra time to research your case if that happens, atleast that is what I have seen

and heard from others in the same boat, and was the case in our doings. But we still have yet to clear the Medical

and Interview so I wont speak too soon. But if you call USCIS , chances are it will be some one who dont care,

they will quote you their speech about processing times, and case to case differences,etc. But you can try.

Dont mean to sound down on the thought, but even though it is not your fault, and have been down this road before,

as in my case, they dont know me from Jack, so I have made it a point not to blame them.

In fact I see that as a good thing in seeing to it that they look into cases to do their part in preventing people who traffic others in.

So do what you have to, but dont expect miracles,and remember to pray. It does not seem like much,

but it certainly makes me feel better to believe, though it is hard to do in waiting so very long.

I am a second time filer myself but my petition was processed in line with all the first timers. I know a first time filer who filed his case in July and did not get approved until December. In November I told him to contact his congress person and have them check on things for him. He did and two weeks later he had his NOA-2. I suggest you do the same ASAP! You have waited long enough, they should have told you something, even if it was a ref. At least you could do something. Keep praying and get your repersentatives involved. That is what they are there for.
