Joint Sponsor Combine Income ! Need help please

Hello ! i have a question, actually i found a guy who would be my joint sponsor for my wife. My question is that, that Federal Poverty guidelines for 2 household size are $20,000. i paid taxes $6,000 and my joint sponsor paid $18,000 last year. can we combine our income to meet minimum income requirement or it has to be separate ?

Nope, you cannot combine income with a joint sponsor.

Find a joint sponsor who earns enough income to sponsor your wife. The joint sponsor can combine income with his spouse.

you need a person who has taxes or assets above poverty guidelines
