Approved! Question about passport pick-up

Thank you, thank you, thank you Visa Journey! My fiance had his interview this morning and was approved! Without this fantastic site, we would have been lost in this incredibly frustrating process. I know it's a long process and there are still many more steps to go through, but the first big one is conquered!

He was given a paper after the interview with instructions on how to receive his passport. It says to create an account on ustraveldocs and select "IV address registration." But of course, he already has an account on ustraveldocs (how else would he have paid the visa fee?), and nowhere in his account do I see anything that says "IV address registration." His document delivery preference is selected, and his physical address is entered correctly.

Can anybody help me understand this? Honestly, I wish the instructions would just match the website! Maybe things just haven't been updated in their system yet?
