quick question, please help, can we send a print out of our marriage cert?

we cant find the original, and it says copies are ok, so we have a file on our cpu of our marriage certificate....is that ok if we print it out?

I would think so, but take the original (or an official copy) to the interview.

The interview is mandatory. In almost all cases, the first time your case will be looked at in detail will be long after your interview letter is sent. In many cases, the interviewer is looking at your file for the first time when you walk into his/her office.

Legally, the interview may be waived by the Attorney General. I don't think that's very likely.

Maybe for someone of very significant importance or aid to the government, where almost certainly the questions listed in Part 11 would disqualify him otherwise.
