Wating for EAD&AP - 3 months have passed now.

Hi there,

I am warried about my EAD &AP.

I applied with my san both AOS, EAD & AP on January 29. Our aplications were in different folders but they both were mailed in the same envelop. My san got the EAD & AP on April 15 ( the exact time It was supouse to come), but I have not take mine. Our documents are open at the same day.

My status online still is the same. My san is 16-y , he is in high school, so it is not that we benefit anything from his documents . ( I mean, we dont ecept him to work, or to travel alone)

My question is: Why my san got them, but my answer still doesnt come? HOW IS THE LONGEST PERIOD I MUST WAIT FOR ANY ANSWER?

Is there any posibility that maybe they will call us for an interview before sending EAD &AP?

I hope I would get any answer or similar people that have passed the same situation.

Since you waited 90 days you call USCIS and explain the situation and they will take it from there

Today morning, I notice online that my EAD ia aproved. 89 days. I am so happy

If I may ask, how did you check your status online? We have used the Receipt number from the NOA1 for the EAD, but when we put it in, a dialog box pops up and says:

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

• My Case Status does not recognize the receipt number entered. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center
