Amazed!!!! Solo 212 approved today!!!! After everything: getting removed at the US boarder from Canada, 2 humanitarian paroles, 1 denied 212 through the ARO & refiling with USCIS, 19 months of waiting (even though we are not done yet), it's finally come!!!!

A word of advice to other filers, do your research. Get a second or even third opinion, and only hire lawyers who have great avvo scores! If we had done that initially, I'd probably be back home with my family right now.

212 filed with USCIS Jan 28th approved today just under 3 months.

One hiccup, for some strange reason my approval went to guayaquil, Ecuador ?

Anyone know how long it takes for them to rectify this mistake and send to Montreal?
