Hi,

We just had our interview this morning, no hard questions, but I forgot to print out bank acct activity, yet we did show a proof of joint account, joint lease, insurance, car loan. He also asked for my undergraduate transcript which I dint bring but I showed him all the I20s I got from my undergraduate University and some honor awards as well.

I personally think it went OK.

Yet, at the end of the interview, he told us that we will need to wait to hear the decision, case will be reviewed by a supervisor, and a security check will be conducted, which the officer said that he does to everyone. And he didn't give us any receipt of any sort to show that we ve had our interview. I checked my case status online, still no update. What can I expect now?

My husband is us citizen and I'm here on f1 visa, currently working full time in Hartford.

Why did he ask you for your transcript? Was it the current transcript or last semester's? What proofs of bona fide marriage did you include?

What kind of security check was he talking about? I thought all the security checks are done prior to the interview. Any other questions he asked?

Your are fine. Some USCIS IOs are not authorized to approve their cases yet so their supervisor has to rubber stamp it, so to speak. Happened to me, too. I got the approval text the day after my AOS interview.

Transcript was 2 years ago... he dint ask for proof of my graduate study but only undergraduate. I was surprised too.

Idk what security check he was referring to.

Proof marriage that I provided includes joint insurance, lease, car loan, account pictures. He asked about rings as well.
