Dear All,

Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions>

I'm a holder of a 2-year conditional GC due to marring a US citizen. However, lately my husband & I were having a lot of problems, endless fights and very poor communications. Also I want a child and he doesn't. I suggested to go to counselling but he totally refused and call it "Waste of time and money". We were married for over a year now, but i really don't see any future for this marriage anymore, it's so weird how life and feeling can turned around.

I'm still have over a year for my current green card to expire but i just want to be prepared, i'm thinking of hiring a lawyer (If it ever came to that) to submit an I-751 waiver based on divorce, and here what i have to prove my real marriage:

1. Emails between my husband and i since August 2013 until today (We met in Jordan and we dated since).

2. Pictures of us since August 2013 until today (100 + pictures).

3. Joint checking and savings account.

4. Electricity bills with both of our names.

5. Phone plans bill with both our names on it.

6. Copies of joint tax return and copy of IRS letter addressed to both of us at the same address.

7. My name is not on our lease (My husband have a bad credit so the lease in his mother name and his), but i have pictures of the checks of both of our names to pay the rent every month.

8. My 401K policy with his name as the beneficiary.

9. My life insurance policy with his name as a beneficiary.

10. Our health insurance with both of our names.

11. Cards from both of us to each other (10 + cards).

12. Receipts of gifts i bough for him in several occasions.

13. Copy of receipts and pictures for 2 vacations we took to NY and California.

14. Still no affidavit letters but i can gather around 4 from mutual friends.

Is all the above looks like enough evidence? Also if we really got divorced, should i wait to submit my waiver when the 90-days before expiration comes, or right after i have a divorce decree?

Also if there is any suggestions about what else of evidence i can assemble to support my case?
