Not received the letter of NOA 1

Hi,

My boyfriend received on April 6 the mail indicating that they had received the I-129F form ... But we hace not received the letter of NOA 1 physical, should I be worry??

Don`t call anybody, If your fiance will not receive NOA1 letter in the mail box until May 6 - go https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do and hit "Did not receive notice by mail". This is the fastest way to deal with it.

Interesting but i need to ask
" Are they still sending hard copies?"

As we never recieived one saying our case went to NVC and the other saying it went to embassy

all our information came in the email including the bar code page to send in documents to NVC saying print out all pages and cover letter when responding to NVC

his K1 he got a packet delivered to his home for interview in 2009

the CR1 in 2014 all information on interview came by email to me the applicant only and i had to forward to him

Just asking as seems things are changing at immigration

Yes we have received hard copy of:

NOA1

NOA2

NVC

But K-1 package does not get delivered, from the mail from the embassy they had attached our I-129F (not the rest only that form)
