No, I have said in the past that would be an exception I just forgot to add it this time(I did at the end of the post but didn't clarify it pertained to that as well, as I meant under any normal circumstances and that's certainly not a normal one).

so, what about a woman who is say, eight months pregnant and her child is suffering and likely to die in utero but certainly won't last more than a few moments once born. should she be forced to give birth naturally if her life is not at stake?

Absolutely not. Geeze what do you think I am lol. Mother or baby = unusual circumstances. Like I said any circumstances was poor wording.

Well I do believe it would be incredibly cruel of anybody to think that that baby should be delivered. I also think that things such as Huckabee or other extremely conservative folks have suggested - basically that it should be banned even in cases of rape or incest - are also incredibly cruel. On the flip side, I think if no unusual circumstances exist, then it should be banned past the 20th week, because then I do view it as a human. Before then while allowed, should not be publicly funded as long as it can be afforded by the parent/s.

I disagree. Nobody should be forced to keep a baby from someone whom they clearly didn't want one. On the flip side, I don't believe taxpayers should cover it if it is any more than birth control to them(i.e. I'm a dumb teen who didn't use protection and got pregnant, or wanted to get pregnant and then changed my mind etc), but I don't believe in banning it, either, unless its past the 20th week. Only about 2% of abortions are done after that time anyway. A baby after that time, to me, is a human being. However if the health of the mother is at stake that should be an exception. Overall I think I have a pretty well thought out opinion on it(unlike Trump lol) when it should be allowed, when not and who should pay for it.

If it took them that long I would guess not very many. It doesn't matter though because after 20 weeks the reason doesn't matter. Before then it does, but nontheless, cannot be enforced, so like I said it's more of a moral question, not a legal one. I just happen to believe it's morally wrong, but I'm not going to punish anybody.
