For folks who think Muslim, gay people, or any other minority outside of Jewish people aren't being discriminated enough, I challenge you to name one law here in the US that goes against them.

Muslims- under threat by the GOP candidate to be removed and barred entry into the USA

LBGT - have laws passed to so that businesses can legally discriminate against them

Black people- killed by the police at an alarming rate, but laws are passed to protect the police

So, please let me know what has been passed to stop Jewish from thriving...

are jews being executed by american law enforcement on a daily basis?

? i'm sorry do you reserve the right to bring up historical slaughter and oppression when it suits your fancy or is this more about particular groups? jewish people in this country today are not persecuted, same as christians in this country are not persecuted.

you forget i grew up in a church that was very vocal about supporting god's people in israel, and the need for our churches here in america to support israel financially in order to wipe out the palestinians. so you'll just have to forgive my inability to justify the call for the extermination of any group of people. goes both ways. we're god's people - no we're god's people.

Speaking of "wiping out Palestinians" I love how convenient it is always for certain people to point out how most victims of Islamic terrorism are muslims themselves, etc, somehow they ignore the fact that 11 million muslims have been killed (over 90% of them by other muslims) since 1948, only 0.3% died in the conflict with Israel - 1 out of 315.

Mind you that number includes soldiers in the wars, as well as terrorists, not just innocent civilians.

it isn't a competition. and i didn't say israel is 'wiping people out' i was retelling what i learned in my wholesome christian upbringing. this is what the leaders of the southern baptist church i grew up in said. and to add to that, we should not be sad even when innocent palestinians are killed because no palestinian is chosen. they are pawns in a much greater struggle.

you can try to justify certain deaths over others but i'm always against killing. period. doesn't matter who, why or what. live and let live.

While a quarter million people have died in Syria, the Cold War era wars saw death tolls in the millions. The WW1 and WW2 eras saw death tolls in the tens of millions. Before that, all bets were off, and death tolls were only limited to weapons technology.
