The reason it was returned was stated in the NOIR and we responded in the noir rebuttal and then we got reaffirmed.

the question is why was it returned? thats what this interview will be about. dimming any doubt about the discrepancy that made you get sent back in the first place. They more than likely wont look into the evidence as much, its almost like a requirement that they glance at to make sure its there(make it very neat and organized). more of it will be the interview and your answers and addressing the issue and red flags in the first place.

Yes my wife receive a noir and she hired an Attorney to respond it to us I even came to u with some advice during that time we receive the NOIR...I will inbox u with more thank u soo much

Did you get a NOID/NOIR letter from USCIS that you responded to ? What was requested ?

Whatever it was bring more evidence to address these red flags in addition to everything else you can possibly think of.

Evidence that tells your story from beginning to end.

Careful with the WU receipts from you to her ( I assume you are the beneficiary) it's ok if you have some

for Christmas or birthday as a monetary gift otherwise it can be seen as payment for immigration benefits.

It is ok for the WU receipts from the USC to the beneficiary but without giving the impression of a constant sugar momma

so select wisely.

Thank u soon much for ur respond

Yes, because Ghana is an embassy with a high amount of fraud so you need to present as much quality evidence as possible. I would present the receipts as well as any mail like letters or cards you may have sent to one another. Make sure to present your pictures from when the relationship first began up until your most recent moments together. The pictures with family are great! Also make sure to label your pictures with the dates. Pictures with others indicate who is in the picture with you all. Present as much quality evidence as possible. I also sent communication with my spouse's family members and friends on whatsapp and my WhatsApp call lo and chats , phone call log, Facebook screenshots, and a lot more I can't think of right now lol. I wish you two the best and a successful interview!

Yes, I remember your name but not the issue in detail, too many messages from people in my box all the time and I have to delete them

to make room for more because my messenger is full. Sorry I couldn't remember.

Good luck....Any tiny bit of evidence you have shouldn't be ignored. Take them with you. Sometimes we are more concerned with presenting pictures that we look good in but like someone stated in here. The CASUAL pictures appear more genuine.

So western union receipts from when you were dating till married. if you have them take them.

I will be praying for you!

Good luck!
