There is another recent thread here where the poster was denied entry on a visitor visa for having a child at the tax payers expense.

You don't know that's the reason for denial of entry. You work with CBP and looked at this person's record? I don't think so. "for having a child at the tax payers expense" is not a valid reason to deny entry; that person was denied entry for not having a valid visa. Also, "hospital" is not "taxpayer".

No I didn't look at the person's record. The person admitted to using medicaid.

Yes, and using Medicaid is not a reason for denial.

It may not be the specific reason but the end result is what matters.

Those are two different ppl. The poster in this thread did not use medicaid. The birth of her child was fully paid by the parents.

What is up with all these women flying around just before they are about to pop?!? I could barely reach my feet at that stage screw flying around!

They want an anchor baby... They think they will be able to stay if they have a baby. Super common not only in the US. In Sweden lots of women from Somalia had babies because they thought they would be guaranteed to stay.

I said it here B4 IF a person had a baby here who is undocumented

the worst thing to do is travel with the USC kid & have outstanding

medical bills, I personally knows someone who had their tourist visa

revoked at MIA (she owed Jackson) she never overstayed but both kids

were born at Jackson she'd come in at 4-5 mths pregnant have her

babies & leave right after getting birth-certs & SS...The dad is USC.

Its best they travel with the USC parent or grand-parent some get away

with tis others don't, not paying medical bills is not kool

It was ignorant and lacking of experience and knowledge when you concluded, accused and talked about someone and say they want anchor baby. No wonder the obnoxious rich guy in tv is popular.

I do not need to go into my whole life story to defend, but just to let you know that I actually really wanted to deliver my baby inmy home country because I was already far along, to have US citizenship for baby wasn't an issue, she would have it anyway because boyfriend already was here and be back at baby birth but it was him who wanted mms to deliver there so he would get to spend time with baby after birth or I would have to wait till baby is a few monhs before fly (which kihjt have been a better way for visa situation)

Even US is a great country but my country is great and wonderful too. I am proud to be a citizen of my country and never sought to try to be a cutizrn of other countries. We have rich culture and history of independence and never been colonized. A country of best hospitality and greatest food. Great beaches. Affordable great healthcare and education

I have my family here, good education till masters, had great jobs, executive level in finance and international few orgs before pregnancy. grew up with some good quality of life here. I'm fortunate to have traveled, since young age, across Asia, Europe and probably more than half of U.S., so probably even more than some people here on this board who only think eveyone wanted to be coming on USA to stay or having baby to get them citizenship.

My shortcoming is pursuing the 6-year relationship that the boyfriend who said he loved me but didn't want to marry me and not break up, and that troubled me. aAndnd my stupidity to not giving close attention to return date because I was overwhelened with baby allergy then, and so I overstayed by a month.

.anyhow. it was wrong to be living in tourist visa.. and the one who was to do the right thing was boyfriend. Now he is sympathetic for what baby and I have had to go through. So we have to pay for his ignorance.

My desire is just for my family, to be together - boyfriend to marry me, my baby and me - actually prefer in my country. He issue is his career in USA, and relocation of he would move here.

I only pray and hope this time of tribulation and trial would be overcome soon and wouldn't be too long and to suffer.

Anyway thanks newacct, transborderwife, Ontarc and ohers who have and discussed on useful info. Really appreciate it.

I'm going to assume this reply is for me... No, the reply is not lacking in experience and knowledge as I know how anchor babies work. I didn't accuse you how creating an anchor baby, I merely explained to another member why women decide to go flying close to birth. And no, I don't think anchor babies are the main reason for an idiot to be popular right now.

You're putting a lot of blame on your boyfriend even though you're the only one to blame. You were the one who should have paid attention to when it was time to return home. Your boyfriend is not required to marry you just because you have a baby. If someone is not ready, they're not ready.

I really didn't need an explanation about the anchor babies, but thanks. My post was more a, smh kinda post that women even have the energy to think about all that jazz at the end of a pregnancy! Especially since these posts were all over vj the day this was posted.

I agree because i started coming here to seek knowledge and information, and try to solve the problem. Not to be here to get cot condemned/ get into other things, other life issues, or a platform for other topics lecturing.

Will speak worth an attorney and find out what they have to say.

Thanks again, I have learned some useful info and appreciate many sound and decent comments.

Have a good day.

How rude to someone said something like that....i notice that happen a lot here and happen to me the first day i post something here to here have a lot of ppl ready to point fingers and said you are a fraud or what you are doing is illegal or something like that....not everyone is the same and yes have ppl to do all kind of thing to come here but have many others to really are originals and that dont give the right to nobody to accuse them about what was their intentions without no proof more them your imagination or assumption....this site is for information at that all...i think ppl should bite their tounge or in this case your fingers and let immigration decide what was the real intencion in the matters and you only answer if you want the question and if you dont agree with the op or you think whatever that person is doing something you can't agree just go out of the topic but please reserve saying things to dont help the topic or offend or ashame the person....we all here are looking for advise not for a jury.

I really don't have much help, but i must say that this forum is usually used for helping others in our same position in which ever way we can and not judge. I'm surprised at all the mean spirited questions and comments you have received. I just joined a while ago and there are a ton of people willing to help without judging so don't focus on the ones who aren't helping but instead are being judgemental, ignorant and stereotyping. Good Luck!!!!! :goofy:
