Hi guys,

I just have a concern for which I need your help.

The problem here is when I checked the online status of my AOS, the USCIS said that they were ready to schedule my interview for the AOS on March 21st; they said, in the online status, they would schedule the interview and send me a notice (a letter), I just have to follow the instruction in the notice. I did not care much about it and just keep on waiting for their letter to my mailbox.

However, there was an issue which made me concerned. The delivery guy put my working permit to ANOTHER mailbox instead of mine, and it made us like 2-3 days to call the USPS to find out the reason. I got my working permit now fortunately and everything is good, but what if he....did/does/will do the same thing with the appointment letter from the USCIS?

Therefore, I wonder if there is any way to check the USCIS's interview schedule online? Just in case I do not receive my appointment letter. (Because it has been more than a month since they said they were ready to schedule my interview).

Any opinion is much appreciated.

Thank you guys a lot in advance! :content::rolleyes:

BR,

JH

You can always contact the USCIS and inquire there. Or make an infopass appointment.

DAY 008 - 11/03 - NOA1

DAY 028 - 11/23 - fingerprints appointment

DAY 037 - 12/02 - i485 "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

DAY 081 - 01/15 - sent electronic service request on i765. That same day was approved

DAY 086 - 01/20 - EAD was mailed to me.

DAY 089 - 01/23 - EAD received

Oh wow, good to know. Thank you very much for your info.

So hopefully the delivery guy will not put the letter in a wrong mailbox again. Lol

As soon as you get your online notification, make sure to receive the mail notification cause you need to bring it to the interview.... Just wait patiently because it can take some time from weeks to almost a year....
