ok I just copied and pasting now below

1. 2011 Nov I went on an interview pregnant and I was given I 5yrs visa.
2. 2012 Jan I travelled to the United States to sea an uncle to resolve a family issue and purposely because I was hvn issues wit my husband and wanted to stay away.
3. Upon arrival I was given 2 weeks stay because dey say am pregnant which I didn't know it was a crime to travel to the states pregnant.
4. After a few days wit my uncle, I travelled by bus to see my sister in Virginia Washington. A day in Washington, I felt sick and was taken to the hospital where I was told by a doctor that I could have my baby anytime soon, I explained my immigrational situation to the doctor he she said it was soo risky to be on a plane so she gave me a letter to back dat up
5. I had my baby in early March and a few months later I applied for a passport for him to travel back home. The process of getting a passport for my son took a while because his father wasn't there and a notary letter of approval was needed, getting the letter took a while because of where it was coming from. The letter came, I got the passport in somewhere July and I got a ticket available for a August and we returned back to Ghana.
6. 3yrs later, I decided to visit the states again, and upon arrival I was denied entry, my visa was cancelled and withdrawn, I requested to speak to my husband back home on fone bt they said no one answered the call. I was asked several questions and inanswered it all, i was asked to sign a document which i was given a copy. After several hours of detaining I was given a document and I was put on a plane back home.
7. I applied for a visa with my son and daughter to enable us travel to the states and we were refused
8. I want to visit the states again with my son at least to let him know where he was born. He is 4yrs old now, he has a sister who is 2 n half years now and was born a year I returned back to Gh

Jayfibre1,

Respond to your friend where she went wrong. She arrived in January yet had the baby in March. That is more than 2 weeks.

Your friend's son is a USC but she is not. He will be welcomed to the US. But she cannot tag along just because she gave birth to him here.

I agree with you on this.

Many people back in Ghana think they can come in and give birth then they will stay in the system.

While the taxpayer pays for their bills .

Deal should be if you are pregnant then no VISA should be given

You should also explain to her how nothing is free. And how a lot of US citizens look at immigration as a burden to our society. And by doing what she did she is the typical stereotype that those angry Americans are ranting about.

Give her an example of her planting a garden and storing the food in her house. She worked hard for it and is saving it for her family. Then one day someone comes in a takes a little of the food and leaves. All without ever contributing to her choirs to the garden.

Your friend may not want like what you tell her but she needs to hear it. She will not be returning to the US. At least she will have a better understanding why.

It also happens when people bring their elderly parents to the US knowing they will never work to pay into the system, but want the US to pay their ongoing medical cost/insurance.

I see this a lot also. I see many petitioners filing for 70 and 80 something year old parents knowing they will not be living out their final days in the best of health. I have a theory that they just want them in close proximity. But it is still a burden.

Your son can petition for you when he's 21. For the mean time I will say forget about it. After all it's just a visit you want which isn't that important. It's easy to believe you came to have a baby. You paid for citizenship with a tourist visa so you should be grateful. Who comes on a visit 7/8/9months pregnant?

To be honest, I'm shocked that she was even let in at such an advanced state of pregnancy. Somebody should lose their job or be severely reprimanded.

I was thinking the same. Who travels 7/8/9 pregnant then I remembered my childhood friend did that on a 5 year visa and had 3 children here.

She should pay the hospital bill first and maybe then a lawyer can show Good faith on her part which I highly doubt matters 4 yrs later

So I got her to read the feedback on here.

Also made it clear to her that she abused the system.

she still feels she should be allowed into the country due to the status of her child (USC)

Planning on getting a lawyer for further assist.

Does she have lots of money to waste? Because she will be wasting her money with a lawyer.

She has no right to enter the country. She is not a citizen. Her child can enter but why? So what he was born in the USA. He is 4 years old. He won't even remember it if she took him now. It's a foreign land to him.

Her chances were slim in the beginning. She has made them even slimmer by being removed once and denied once. Can she just not accept facts that the USA does not want her there? Their house, their rules. Just the same as she decides who she allows into her house and who she doesn't.

There are some people that you just cannot help.
