case received before noa 2 ????

our case was approved on april 19th by uscis and april 20th it was sent to nvc
i called NVC this morning just to check on the case
they said the case was received on april 18th but we have no other information at this moment please call us after 30 days

is that a mistake by the agent ?

how can my case was received by NVC before my NOA 2 ?

I would worry more on what's your scan date and what you need to send them. The clock starts once you send packets in after you pay fees.

we are all set with our documents to send it to the NVC

i have scanned all my documents ( AOS and IV ) filled I864 as well

just waiting to get our case number and IIN

would call them next week for the case number and to make sure the case received date was correct or not

the date they recieved case really doesn't matter. What matters is your scan date , so once you pay fees and send that in... u can call and ask for scan date and count the 30 days. Good luck and thank you... hopefully I return with good news

And emailing documents, They seemed to get a cc quicker than the ones mailed in so it won't be long after you email them.
