Even though she now makes the guidelines they may still want a joint sponsor as her employment is still relatively new

My wife start job in November and she have her w2 in January 2016 .should we send 6 months paystubs along with w2 .or u think w2 is enough to to show source.

Why u think it still new job to sponsor even its 6 months old.what u think how old job should b to sponsor someone.

Sending both doesn't hurt. She will also need to send her tax transcripts. There have been cases here where people have been asked for a joint sponsor for a spouse who just barely makes or recently has a job change.
