manila immunization question

I need help i petition my mom as immigrant im only waiting for them to send me as email for her interview date, so i can schedule her for her medical.. i read online that they need copys of her immunization but since they live in the province she do not have any copy that she got vaccinated.

so what do i do now? and do i need to get her vaccinated before the medical and do i need to have her get a chest xray? i really need help please

Your mother doesn't need her immunization record and she doesn't need to get a chest X-ray before her medical.

St. Lukes will give her a chest X-ray and any required immunizations. They are already included in the price of the medical.

Hi! So u don't have to wait a packet from the US Embassy Manila ? Coz my mom has a schedule for her interview now. Can she just walk in at St Lukes with the proof that she has an interview scheduled at US Embassy? Or you have to set a schedule for her medical?

As required:

1. Interview letter from the National Visa Center (NVC) or Visa Interview Appointment Confirmation from the Embassy
   • Principal Applicant - original & 1 photocopy
   • Derivatives - 1 photocopy each
   If Interview letter or Visa Interview Confirmation was received via email, print 2 copies for the principal applicant and 1 copy for each derivative

Thank you! I just registered my mom via online on St Lukes website and it did state there that no appointment needed. Just bring her visa interview letter. The thing I was wondering if they're open 2 days after the Election Day in the Philippines. Anyone?

That is correct. Just bring a printed copy of registration form with all other requirements as per instructions then she can walk-in on her preferred date. Only May 9 is a Holiday, after that it will be regular working day.

Print the registration form and bring all other docs required and walk-in on her preferred day.

after i recieve the interview date? - YES, a confirmed interview date is needed as one of the requirements.
