Hello all! I have been away from VJ since my husband immigrated. I would just peek in every once in awhile. And it seems like the time is approaching to file form I-751. In a couple of weeks will mark the 90 days to his POE date (and expiration on his Green Card). Should I be awaiting for USCIS to contact me about filing the form, or can I go ahead and do it? I see a lot of familiar "faces" on here that went through the CR1 process with me :yes: . So I wanted to say a big "Hello!!," meanwhile I will be reading up on the posts to make sure I am current with the information. Looking forward to going through this process again :rolleyes:

They may or may not send you a reminder notice about ROE petition filing. Be sure to send it in the 90 day window before the conditional GC expires. If you send it in early, USCIS will reject it and send it back to you. You will then have to resend at the proper time.

Recently the adjudicators seem fixated on having volumes of evidence. There have been numerous RFEs wanting ALL "marital bonafide evidence" since the inception of the marriage. Check out some of the recent postings to check out trends.

I have been counting on the calendar backwards 90 days over and over lol. Just want to make sure that I am not sending it in too early. Unfortunately, I could only add my husbands name to many of the legal documents and accounts AFTER he received his Social Security. So everything I have is from the POE date and after. So I am hoping that is sufficient for them.
