Change of address- post DS 260

Hi all, I have a quick question.

We submitted our DS 260 a few months ago, we put on a friends address in the US for our Green card and SSN to be posted to. We have since rented a place of our own. Do we update the new address when we go for our interview in Montreal? How do we do this, just verbally give it to the CO whilst having the interiew? Will it cause a delay on our file?

Thanks for any answers!

Let them know at interview. Provide a new I-864. It wont delay. Also make sure to update at POE
