I missed that one. My favorite is still the story of the rose thrown from the balcony. (F)

OP, it is illegal and even if they all chain immigrate as was posted above, it is still illegal if all the wives make it here

sponsored by their children. That would be a DNA fest to say the least.

Haha...pretty sure that user quit not long after being called out.

Think he had Thailand down as his country, got quite obnoxious when people started calling him out.

That is my favorite story too!

Also, would be slightly helpful to know is the UCS the husband, or one of the wives

The general rule is that the validity of a marriage is determined by the law of the place where it is contracted or celebrated; if valid there, it is valid everywhere. An exception to the general rule, however, is ordinarily made in the case of marriages repugnant to the public policy of the domicile of the parties, in respect to polygamy, incest, or miscegenation, or otherwise contrary to its positive laws.

https://www.justice.gov/sites/default/files/eoir/legacy/2012/08/27/1211.pdf

U.S. law does not allow polygamy. If you were married before, you and your spouse must both show that you ended (terminated) all previous marriages before your current marriage .... In cases of legal marriage to two or more spouses at the same time, or marriages overlapping for a period of time, you can file only for your first spouse.

so stupid - if you live in the US you should know that there is only ONE spouse that is allowed. If everyone tries to bring multiple wives (husbands etc) then the society in the US will break down. It's a different culture over there with multiple wives that I personally never supported and understood - just stay there, why the US?

:)) absolutely agree! I spent quite some time in Scandinavia (Suomi) and my wife is from Siberia - never understood those fashions to have more than just 1 wife - so stupid to me!

 LOL .... poor Lady :dancing:

what freaks me out is that they try to push these "fashionable" things into the US culture... Imagine going there and telling them that is it not correct - they would kill all of us :)))
