I have two children. Both under 5 years old and I got my NOA1 in 02/02/16. I'm still waiting for my NOA2 which will hopefully arrive in June. I've seen many people get their cases expedited but I'm not really sure how this works. I really need my husband here in the U.S because I need help financially with my kids. Do you think that's a good reason?

My timeline:

Married: 03/29/09

Filed i130: 01/04/16

Noa1: 02/02/16

Noa2: 06/01/16

Kids no, financial perhaps. But He'd likely need a job offer in order to use it as a reason

Nope. Plenty of single parents with multiple kids in the USA.

Guess I'll just have to wait lol

Yeah that's what I was expecting. I can see your whole process took like a year and half!!!!? Did you get RFE's? Sorry just wanted to know because my laywer said it can take from 6 to 8 months.
